Development is critical. How can we reap a harvest if we don’t plant a good crop, water, fertilize, and nurture the seeds we sow on good ground.
I totally agree Enna. All too often in my experience companies fail to grasp the opportunity of developing their people to the extent they should> Development is not a cost it is an investment.
